Mark Saito was born and raised in Fresno California and graduated from Bullard High School. Following, he attended University of Southern California for his undergrad and attended University of Southern California for graduate school. Mark has been in the commercial real estate business for forty years. In those forty years he worked for Colliers, Tingey from 1980-1982, Grubb & Ellis from 1983-1990, Commercial Retail Associates from 1990-2008, then opened his own commercial real estate company, The Mark Saito Company in 2007 and has continued in the company since. In his spare time, Mark enjoys duck hunting, fly-fishing, and golfing . He loves the commercial real estate business and enjoys meeting new people along the way.

Patrick Monreal was born and raised in Clovis California and graduated from Buchanan High School. Following, he attended California State University Fresno. Patrick has worked for The Mark Saito Company and has served the Central Valley for the past nine years in the commercial real estate world. He has brought hundreds of new businesses with a wide variety of specialties to the Central Valley and looks forward to serving new clients. In his spare time Patrick enjoys golfing, fishing, tennis, basketball, skiing, and spending time with his friends and family.
